Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for vendor negotiation, PO creation, and invoice verification.
- Process vendor payments through various channels (ACH, Wire Transfer) while maintaining records of transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to AP management.
- Provide support in resolving discrepancies or issues related to invoices or payments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable role.
- B.Com degree in Any Specialization.
- Proficiency in Invoice Processing, Vendor Negotiation, Vendor Payments, Payables software applications.
