Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for vendor negotiation, PO creation, and invoice verification.
  
• Process vendor payments through various channels (ACH, Wire Transfer) while maintaining records of transactions.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to AP management.
  
• Provide support in resolving discrepancies or issues related to invoices or payments.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable role.
  
• B.Com degree in Any Specialization.
  
• Proficiency in Invoice Processing, Vendor Negotiation, Vendor Payments, Payables software applications.
