Roles and Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for vendor negotiation, PO creation, and invoice verification.
Process vendor payments through various channels (ACH, Wire Transfer) while maintaining records of transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to AP management.
Provide support in resolving discrepancies or issues related to invoices or payments.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable role.
B.Com degree in Any Specialization.
Proficiency in Invoice Processing, Vendor Negotiation, Vendor Payments, Payables software applications.
