Youll interact with customers, assist them with healthcare reimbursement queries, and ensure every interaction delivers a smooth service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer calls regarding healthcare and claims.

• Offer precise information following client policies.

• Address and resolve customer issues professionally.

• Contribute to a collaborative and service-focused work environment.

Eligibility

• Open to freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience.

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.

• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team setup.
