Commi 1 (Sous Chef) Japanese/Thai Cuisine
Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Experience: 3-4 years

About the Role:
Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and preparing Japanese/Thai dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

Support kitchen operations and menu execution.

Cook and plate dishes as per quality standards.

Maintain hygiene and assist junior staff.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in Asian cuisine kitchens.

Good leadership, hygiene knowledge & teamwork skills.
