Position Overview

Join Square Business Services, one of Indias top healthcare service providers, as a Customer Support Associate (Voice Process).
This is a non-sales role focused on assisting customers with healthcare and reimbursement-related queries ensuring a smooth and supportive service experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage inbound voice calls from customers regarding healthcare and claim-related queries.

• Deliver accurate and timely information aligned with client standards.

• Resolve customer issues courteously and effectively.

• Maintain service quality and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation.

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
