Job Description

  • Project description We are seeking a skilled Application Analyst to support and enhance our Salesforce Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms. This role involves managing non-clinical applications, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You'll play a key role in troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining application stability in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of non-clinical applications, including design, build, testing, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support software updates and implementations.
  • Develop and maintain testing protocols; coordinate testing with end users.
  • Collaborate across departments to support application needs and enhancements.
  • Maintain system documentation and follow change management procedures.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for off-hours support.
  • Stay updated on departmental tools and cross-train in relevant areas.
  • Analyze complex data to support stable operations and continuous improvement.
  • Skills Must have
  • 3+ years of IT experience in application support or analysis.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of business operations and workflows.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and team skills.
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Hands-on experience with
  • Salesforce Health Cloud
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience in healthcare or non-clinical application environments. Nice to have
  • Familiarity with system design, documentation, and validation processes.
  • Exposure to global or remote work environments.
