We have an opening for the Profile of Billing Executive
Billing Executive (Retail Fabric Store)
Location: , Nehru Place, New Delhi
Type: Full-time | On-site
Salary: 20,000-25000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Generate accurate invoices and bills for retail and wholesale customers.
Verify item codes, fabric quantities, prices, and discounts before billing.
Handle cash, card, and UPI transactions with proper documentation.
Maintain daily sales and billing records in the system.
Operate POS systems, Excel sheets, and billing software, Marg preferred.
Ensure GST compliance in invoices and assist in end-of-day reconciliation.
Coordinate with the sales team to confirm fabric codes, quantities, and rates in case of issues.
Maintain a polite and professional attitude during customer billing and issue resolution.
Collaborate with accounts and management for daily closing reports and summaries.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail billing or invoicing (preferably in fabric, fashion, or lifestyle sector).
Proficiency in MS Excel, billing/POS software, and basic accounting systems.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to work efficiently during peak customer hours.
