Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of relevant experience in product implementation
- Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with various internal teams
- Ability to document action items and drive them to completion
- Willingness to drive work to completion irrespective of the odds
- Ability to comprehend business problems and present the needed solution to the customer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers throughout all phases of the implementation process
- Construct and maintain business and technical requirement documents with customers and internal GEP resources
- Assist with deployment tasks such as process configuration, demos, UI configuration, and user/supplier setup
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams such as Technical Support, Sales, Engineering, and Product Management
CUSTOMER FOCUS:
- Co-own customer satisfaction responsibility with project managers during successful solution deployments
- Build solution, customer, and industry knowledge leveraging internal and client resources
- Provide SMART-driven solutions wherever feasible
TEAMWORK:
- Execute tasks with minimal guidance and demonstrate strong initiative
- Maintain regular communication with team members across multiple solution deployments
