Role & responsibilities
Job purpose
As the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for Delivery and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of Technology & Others Subvertical and leading its transformation efforts. Your responsibilities will span a wide spectrum.
Good to have a person who has managed multiple and varied accounts & customers within a portfolio across the above verticals rather than managing just one single customer/account.
Key responsibilities
1. Delivery excellence of all units: Responsible for end-to-end delivery excellence across verticals, ensuring technology and domain expertise, enhanced domain strength, increased productivity through generative AI in SDLC, effective process compliance, and standardization of process and delivery models.
2. Responsible for P&L ownership, driving growth in existing accounts through proposals, collaborating closely with Presales, fostering customer relationships, and developing referenceable customers and case studies.
3. Operational Excellence: Ensure best delivery utilizing lean process models to improve overall margins and effective use of bench, Pyramid, Span of control etc.
4. People Development: Foster people development by nurturing future leaders, facilitating career progression, promoting upskilling, and fostering a collaborative environment.
5. Technology thought leadership: Drive technology thought leadership by demonstrating expertise in AI, Cloud and Data technologies, cultivating a team of techno managers, and generating technical reusable components from project deliveries.
6. Global Exposure: Leverage global exposure in US, Europe, and the Middle East to steer international market navigation and spearhead global expansion across all verticals
Qualifications & Desired Skills
1. A proven track record of 20+ years in leadership roles within Manufacturing, Logistics and Technology verticals, including managing large verticals and complex digital transformation programs.
2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA would be preferred.
3. In-depth subject matter expertise in Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, Mining, Technology verticals.
4. Strong experience in P&L management, strategic planning, revenue generation
5. Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing diverse teams and driving high performance.
6. Profound understanding of digital technologies, product engineering and process improvement within Manufacturing, Logistics and Technology verticals
7. Expertise in AI, Cloud and Data
8. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities
9. Strategic thinker with a global perspective and adaptability to dynamic market landscapes
10. PMP certification, SAFE certification is preferred.
