Location: Delhi NCR (Permanent WFH)

Salary: Up to 28,000 in-hand + Wi-Fi Allowance + Performance Incentives
Work Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
Shift: Rotational (US/UK)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for an International Voice Process. This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity with one of Gurgaons leading BPOs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain call quality standards and meet performance targets.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction on every interaction.
  

Requirements:

• Must be based in Delhi NCR (essential).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in International BPO.
• Own a stable Wi-Fi connection.
• Flexible with rotational shifts and offs.
• Immediate joiners only.
