Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and Non-IT roles.
Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates until on-boarding.
Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets.
