Position: HR Executive
Location: Sanskaram Medical College & Hospital, Jhajjar (Haryana)
About the Institution
Sanskaram University, Jhajjar (Haryana), is an emerging multidisciplinary university committed to quality education and holistic development. The upcoming Sanskaram Medical College & Hospital will offer 150 MBBS seats and a 600+ bedded teaching hospital, equipped with modern infrastructure and a strong focus on patient care, research, and innovation.
Role Overview
The HR Executive will lead all HR functions for the new medical college and hospital from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional experienced in healthcare or academic institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment of faculty, doctors, nurses & admin staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies, payroll & compliance systems.
- Manage onboarding, training, and staff welfare programmes.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance (as per NMC & labour norms).
- Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support leadership in building an ethical, professional work culture.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA / Masters in HR or related field.
- 0-3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or academia.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, compliance & HR operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
