We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Voice Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international voice-based sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships across global markets. This role involves handling outbound/inbound calls, identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound/inbound calls to international clients to generate sales and achieve targets.
- Promote company products/services by clearly articulating value propositions and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and lead qualification.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and international market requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven international voice sales experience (minimum 6 months preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling with a focus on conversions.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in shifts depending on international time zones.
- Preferred Qualifications.
- Experience in B2B/B2C international sales (IT, SaaS, telecom, or service industries preferred).
- Familiarity with cross-cultural communication and global sales practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range: 2.5 LPA to 4.25 LPA
