Job Description

Designation : Office Assistant Airline Ticketing

Location : Mumbai

Job Role

Issue and reissue airline tickets & multi-city itineraries.
Quotation preparation and fare calculations for international routes
Manage PNRs: add SSRs, OSIs, name changes, check-in links
Submit online visa application forms to schedule visa appointment with VFS or Consulate
Monitor and resolve ticketing exceptions and irregularities
Handling visa processing
Coordinating with respective countries visa office.

Requirements:

Proven 2 to 3 experience as an airline ticketing & visa process.
Excellent communication
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with travel industry trends and best practices.
Good in MS office
