Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to load data into Snowflake from various sources (on-prem, cloud, APIs).
Build and optimize Snowflake data models, schemas, and stored procedures for analytics and reporting.
Develop and maintain UNIX shell scripts to automate data ingestion, job scheduling, and workflow orchestration.
Integrate Snowflake with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake (ADLS), and Azure Synapse.
Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and cost optimization within the Snowflake environment.
Collaborate with BI, Data Science, and Application teams to deliver high-performance data solutions.
Manage Snowflake security (roles, permissions, data masking, RBAC) and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
