Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Sr. Web Developer cum Graphic Designer to design, develop, and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate will combine strong website designing expertise with a flair for graphic design to deliver seamless digital experiences aligned with our brand identity and business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Website Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across various devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with designers to implement their visual concepts and maintain design consistency throughout the website.
- Graphic Designing:
- Create visually engaging graphics, banners, layouts, and digital content for web and marketing use.
- Coding and Implementation:
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both static and dynamic web pages.
- Integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and plugins to enhance website functionality.
- Implement interactive elements and animations to improve user engagement.
- User Experience (UX):
- Focus on optimizing user experience by creating intuitive and user-centred designs.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to make iterative improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices to enhance user satisfaction.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging:
- Identify and resolve website issues, such as browser compatibility problems and performance bottlenecks.
- Debug and troubleshoot code errors to ensure smooth functioning of web applications.
- Continuous Learning:
- Keep up-to-date with emerging web development trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Experiment with new tools, frameworks, and techniques to enhance development processes.
- Security and Optimization:
- Implement security best practices to protect websites from common vulnerabilities.
- Optimize website performance for fast loading times and smooth user interactions.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Web Development, Graphic Design or related field
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience 6+ years in full- stack web development and Graphic Designing.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, WordPress and JavaScript, and frameworks with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong back-end experience with Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar technologies.
- Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to work closely with designers.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva.
- Strong Problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new skills quickly.
