Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E&M Quality Audit professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in quality auditing and hold an auditor designation on paper.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal quality audits and ensure compliance with healthcare BPO standards
- Identify process gaps and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate with operations and training teams to improve quality metrics
- Maintain audit documentation and present findings to leadership
- Ensure adherence to client-specific and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Audit, preferably in healthcare BPO
- Must have official auditor designation
- Strong knowledge of audit tools, RCA, and CAPA methodologies
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Willingness to work from office (Perungudi, Chennai)
