Training

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently and accurately evaluate case details to determine initial decision on sanctions risk
- Resolve cases, providing the required information and details to back up initial decision. Screen daily target cases and other KPIs
- Properly escalate all medium, or high-risk cases (as defined by EG), for enhanced review
- Meet or exceed agreed productivity as well as quality standards under this SOW
- Learn, retain, interpret, and apply applicable Expedia policies. Maintain, at a minimum, basic knowledge of sanctions policies and procedures and other important issues identified through management communications, meetings, customer focus groups and formal training
- Offer additional services as agreed by the Parties. Basic knowledge of travel industry preferred
AGENT SKILLS
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach. Ability to multi-task while while using multiple client tools
- Written skills: attention to detail and basic email communication skills
- Fluency and comprehension in the language requirements for the specific point of sale (spoken and
written), as verified by a Vendor-approved formal test that is mutually agreed upon by both parties. Excellent time management: Resolve cases, providing the required information and details to back up initial decision on time - Strong analytical skills and an enjoyment of investigation
- Confident in making instinctual decisions with little or no supervision while adhering to required
standards - Proficient at typing and multi-system environment
- ISP skills: sign-up, install, connection, messaging (chat, e-mail), navigation, online support, etc .Basic internet and web-based application skills
