Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Non Voice International process.

Handling queries of clients
Chat and Email process
Handling all the backend process
Problem Solving
5 Days Night shift and 2 Days rotational week off
Work from office

Preferred candidate profile -

Good communication skills
Analytical skills
Management skills
Any Freshers are eligible till Graduate (Master's candidates,MBA , BCA, MCA, BTECH, Civil are not eligible)
