Job Description:-
Position: Manager - Administration for (infrastructure )
Job Location : Gurgaon
Education :- Any Post Graduation (B-tech preferred )
Salary : As per industry
Expectations:
1) Excellent People skill, ability to interact government staff, all levels;
2) Knowledge of Occupational safety requirements;
The Company is seeking to recruit Manager - Administration Infrastructure in BAA. The position would report to the EVP/VP Operations
Responsibilities:
1. Infrastructure Management (Gurgaon and Manesar Plants)
2. Ensuring smooth administration management including upkeep of security, house keeping, equipments at corporate office and all plant locations;
3. Internal liasioning with administration and plant managers at various locations for administration.
4. Liasioning with Government bodies like pollution control board, electricity department (DHBVN), shop and establishment department, municipal corporation, HSIIDC/HUDA etc.
5. Reviewing contracts and agreements.
6. Knowledge of upkeep and maintenance of DG Sets and HVAC Plant
Expectations:
1. Excellent People skill, ability to interact government staff, all levels;
2. Knowledge of Occupational safety requirements;
3. Knowledge of Insurance of Assets, GMC, GPA
4. Should have worked in Gurgaon
5. Should be based at Gurgaon or ready to relocate to Gurgaon
