Job Description

You will be working as an Associate/ Senior Associate in the Consumer & Business Insights team at Genpact, where you will drive insights based on data sets for large manufacturers and retailers in the CPG/FMCG sector. **Responsibilities:** - Expertise in Data Analysis, Business Insight, and Market Research - Ability to understand, evaluate, interpret, and visualize data - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent communication skills - Timely delivery of high-quality, error-free reports and analysis to clients - Handling all aspects of day-to-day servicing, analytic support, and client presentations - Developing proficiency in in-house tools - Managing multiple accounts/clients effectively **Qualifications we seek in you:** **Minimum Qualifications:** - B.E & MBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc - Good knowledge of CPG/FMCG sector **Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:** - Expertise in Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint - Awareness of POS data, industry analyses, retail, FMCG/CPG industry, and consumer data - Strong communication skills - Ability to work with large data sets to derive meaningful findings - Flexibility to work on critical projects with strict deadlines Please note that the job is based in India-Bangalore and is a full-time position.
