Job Description
- As a Principal Consultant- SAP QM at Genpact, your main responsibilities will include: - Conducting business process analysis and gathering requirements to design and configure SAP QM solutions. - Collaborating with stakeholders to define quality management strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Configuring SAP QM module to meet client requirements, including quality planning, inspection planning, and quality control. - Performing system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality assurance. - Providing end-user training and support during the implementation phase. - Conducting workshops and presentations to communicate SAP QM best practices and solution capabilities. - Collaborating with the development team for customization and enhancement requests. - Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP QM related issues. - Staying updated with the latest SAP QM trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions to clients. Qualifications required for the role: - Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA Preferred qualifications: - Certification in SAP S/4 HANA and OS/DB Migration. - Technical certification: Azure or AWS would be highly beneficial. - The candidate must be a self-starter, capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a multifaceted environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision. - Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to sophisticated security problems. - Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with a team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated, technical, and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.,
