Job Description
Position based at Site. Experience of central procurement/subcontract preferred.
Job Description
- Developing sourcing strategies & helping to source alternative items.
- Regularly contacting subcontractors to renegotiate the prices.
- Resolving disputes and claims with the subcontractors.
- Promoting best practice across the company and follow the company rules & regulations, integrity policies.
- To develop new subcontractors based on capability, quality, and reliability. Maintain relationships and negotiate with subcontractors.
- Interacting with all officials for a smooth procurement. (Site, R.O and H.O officials).
- Present Monthly savings report to higher management with respect to budget.
- Resolving all subcontracting related issues, Audit compilations, explanations to the authority.
- Sourcing the most competitively priced materials and reviewing tenders and bids- support to tender department to get minimum price to get projects.
- Making comparative statement & taking approval from all authorities.
- Prepare work order to subcontractors, WO receipt acknowledgement , follow up for material delivery , coordination with site authorities & subcontractors.
