About the Role: We are looking for a highly driven and strategic AVP Sales to lead business development
efforts for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and talent acquisition solutions across the South
India region. This is an individual contributor role focused on new client acquisition, with a strong
preference for professionals who have previously sold to GCCs (Global Capability Centres) or large
enterprise clients.
