    Job Title: Customer Support Voice Process
    Location: Chennai
    Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days a Week)
    Shift: Night Shift

    Cab Facility Available
    Experience: Minimum 1 Year

    Job Description:
    We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to be part of our energetic and customer-focused team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to handle queries efficiently in a dynamic work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.

    • Take ownership of customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.

    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

    • Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

    • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.

    • Stay updated with process changes, tools, and product knowledge.

    Preferred Candidate Profile:

    • Education: HSC / Graduate

    • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Voice Process (BPO/BPM preferred)

    Skills Required:

    • Excellent spoken and written English communication

    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

    • Good comprehension and problem-solving abilities

    Other Requirements:

    • Comfortable working in night shifts

    • Work from office (Chennai location only)

    • Full-time students are not eligible
