Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to be part of our energetic and customer-focused team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to handle queries efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Take ownership of customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.
Stay updated with process changes, tools, and product knowledge.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Education: HSC / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Voice Process (BPO/BPM preferred)
Skills Required:
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Good comprehension and problem-solving abilities
Other Requirements:
Comfortable working in night shifts
Work from office (Chennai location only)
