Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in bancassurance channel.
    • Build strong relationships with bank partners to drive business growth.
    • Identify new opportunities for cross-selling insurance products through bank channels.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • 6 Months to 1year of experience in Bancassurance Sales or related field. Any sale bfsi experience
    • Strong understanding of insurance industry, particularly in life insurance products.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
