Job Description

Counsel students on study options available in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.

Assess students educational backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial situations to recommend suitable programs and universities.

Assist students with application processes, including documentation, statement of purpose (SOP), and admission requirements.

Provide detailed information on entry requirements, course structures, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa regulations.

Liaise with international universities and partner institutions to stay updated on programs, admission timelines, and policy changes.

Conduct seminars, webinars, and workshops for students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities

Support students through visa filing, interview preparation, and pre-departure orientation.

Achieve monthly and quarterly counselling and enrolment targets.
-
Participate in education fairs, marketing campaigns, and university visits as required.

Handle incoming leads and inquiries through calls, emails, chats, and social media and through Video calls.

Counsel prospective students on academic programs, career options, and admission requirements based on their interests and qualifications.

Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs or courses offered by the organization or partner institutions.

Conduct tele-counselling sessions, demos, and follow-ups to convert leads into enrolments.

Maintain detailed records of all interactions and progress in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Admissions teams to ensure smooth handover and conversion of qualified leads.

Participate in webinars, seminars, and virtual counselling events to generate interest and leads.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to counselling sessions, conversions, and revenue.

Stay updated on academic programs, education trends, and competitor offerings to enhance counselling effectiveness.
