We are urgently looking to onboard Sales Advisors for our E-Commerce division. If you have a passion for customer engagement and a flair for sales, this is your opportunity to join one of India's leading jewellery brands.

Experience Required :


2 to 3 years in Retail, Online Sales, or Customer Service
Jewellery category experience is preferred

Qualification - Graduate in any discipline

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with jewellery purchases via website, chat, email, and calls
Convert inbound/outbound leads into successful sales
Handle post-sale queries, feedback, and complaints
Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution and product delivery
Drive KPIs: Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction
Learn jewellery-specific calculations and product knowledge
Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards

Skills Required
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Familiarity with jewellery category is a plus
Proficiency in chat and voice platforms
Target-driven and sales-oriented
Basic understanding of CRM/order management systems
