Job Description
- Creation & revision/legacy of Service Bulletin as per the requirements in the SBO.
- Configuration analysis as per Airbus SB standard to identify the pre & post drawings. (Need to check as per new process RSE to perform this activity like UPG)
- Familiarize with Airbus standards of S1000D, iSpec 2200 and ASD STE 100.
- Perform Technical Analysis of the criteria and the related data source.
- Knowledge of SAP PCS and Authoring Tools in SAMM DACAS, TAKSY, GIDOCA, GYPSY, Ai*n@*, ZAMIZ, PASS SSCI, APS.
- Knowledge on cold working SBs.
- Aircraft Zone and Access study to specify the work location.
- Carry out precise sequence of the Authoring process described in the Quality Plan.
- Estimate the timeline and make realistic commitment with the project leader.
- Active Participation in customer communication for any queries.
- Analysing, Mock-up & Authoring in Arbor text or Epic editor for SB.
- Maintaining the quality (RFT) and KPIs for the task assigned.
- Managing the workload and maintaining the OTD (on time deliveries) and quality.
- Workflow process knowledge like quality check, INC & DCR.
- Familiar in root cause analysis like 5 Why and 8D method (NCR).
- E / B. Tech in Aeronautics
- E / B. Tech in mechanical engineering with aeronautical engineering industry exposure
- AME with Airline as well as SB authoring experience
We are looking for SB Author, with expertise in Authoring of STD Airframe (ATA 50 to 57); Hydro Mech & Cargo (ATA 11, 12, 21, 25, 26, 28, 29, 32, 33, and 7X) for Airbus. The author should be able to independently create/revise the SB for the Airbus STD SB Airframe, Hydro Mech & Cargo domain for the aircraft program WB, SA, LR, MB & XWB.
