Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support projects effectively. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring that project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with back-end frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.

Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Noida office.

A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
