We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and providing effective solutions while maintaining high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
  
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  
• Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication.
  
• Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system.
  
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned departments when necessary.
  
• Follow process guidelines, performance metrics, and quality standards.
  
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of customer data.
  

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
  
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 4 years) are welcome.
  
• Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
  
• Prior experience in BPO / International Voice Process will be an added advantage.
