Job Title:

Generative AI Chatbot & Python Developer

Experience:

Minimum 3+ years in software development with proven experience in building conversational interfaces.

Core Focus Areas:

• Chatbot Front-end & API Development
• UI/UX Design for Conversational Interfaces
• Custom Business Logic Integration

Key Responsibilities:

• Custom Chatbot Development:
  Design and implement conversational user interfaces (UI) and backend API logic for bespoke AI chatbot solutions.
  
• Integration & API Development:
  Build secure, high-performance web services using Python frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask) to integrate front-end components with Azure OpenAI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) services.
  
• User Experience Optimization:
  Develop intuitive conversational flows, manage dialogue states, handle multi-turn interactions, and implement robust error-handling tailored to Generative AI outputs.
  
• Reusable Component Development:
  Create modular, reusable code and connectors for external services, enabling chatbot functionality such as API calls (e.g., fetching weather data).
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying custom chatbot solutions or virtual assistants (e.g., Microsoft Bot Framework, web-based chat widgets).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, Vue, or basic HTML/JavaScript (preferred).
• Solid understanding of authentication, session management, and securing web applications on Azure.
