Job Description


The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects.


Roles and responsibilities:


  • Editing and Proofreading: Ensure content matches brand tonality and accurately represents the brands online presence.
  • Collaboration with Design Team: Partner with designers to convert written content into engaging visual elements, providing suggestions for fonts, colors, infographics, and other design components.
  • Coordination with CRM Team: Plan, strategize, and execute content marketing initiatives in collaboration with the CRM team, ensuring timely and efficient campaign delivery.
  • Brand Consistency: Drive brand consistency across all platforms by maintaining high editorial standards and proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Industry Trends and Technologies: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, to ensure content strategies are innovative and effective.

Technical and Functional Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years in technical copywriting for Omni-channel campaigns and brand collateral, including NPI, whitepapers, newsletters, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
    • Strong editorial, proofreading and writing skills.
    • Familiarity with keyword research and SEO copywriting best practices.
    • Proficient in social media and content marketing, capable of crafting compelling narratives that captivate audiences, generate conversions, and add value to the business.
    • Demonstrated experience working with global brands, understanding their unique content needs and adapting strategies to fit diverse, international audiences.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
