Job Description - DevOps Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Azure DevOps, AWS services, Terraform, and Observability tools. The engineer will be responsible for designing, automating, and managing infrastructure and deployments in a cloud-native environment. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the Cloud Engineering (CE) team and client stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable delivery of cloud-based solutions. Key Responsibilities - DevOps o Design, implement, and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. o Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform. o Experience in Blue Green Deployment + Disaster recovery o Experience in handling SecOps activities as part of pipelines. o Experience in Microservices Deployment o Experience working in Dockerization. EKS o Experience with domain management, DNS configurations, and certificate lifecycle management. o Previous experience in working directly with client stakeholders in Agile/DevOps environments - AWS Cloud Engineering o Provision and manage core AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront. o Configure AWS security and networking components, ensuring compliance with best practices. - Observability & Incident Management o Set up and maintain monitoring and logging with CloudWatch and New Relic. o Experience using Opentelemetry - Collaboration & Workflow Management o Define and enforce Git workflows and branching strategies. o Collaborate with the Cloud Engineering (CE) team and cross-functional stakeholders on design, implementation, and troubleshooting. o Manage domain configurations and SSL certificates to support secure and performant deployments. - Governance & Reliability o Experience in working directly with client stakeholders in Agile/DevOps environments o Ensure infrastructure is secure, reliable, and optimized for performance. o Participate in regular sync-ups, knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). - Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD). - Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code. - Solid expertise in provisioning and managing AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront. - Experience with CloudWatch and NewRelic for observability. - Strong knowledge of Git workflows and branching strategies. - Practical experience in AWS networking and security best practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in large teams.
