Role & responsibilities

  • Chat process (Good communication), Typing Speed 32 WPM & 95% accuracy, Queries to handle over multiple chats - Accounts and Billing, Troubleshooting.

Location: Kolkata


Shift Timings: US shifts 5:30pm, 11:30 PM last shift.


Weekly Offs: Rotational off consecutive 2 days.


Any Flexibility Required Candidates should be comfortable with Night shifts
