Job Description
Role:
The ideal candidate must possess a strong analytical mindset, domain awareness, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable business insights. They should demonstrate ownership in reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and performance diagnostics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Transform complex data into actionable insights to support both operational and strategic decision-making.
- Apply strong knowledge of Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Analytics along with marketing frameworks to drive performance improvements.
- Utilize platforms such as GCP, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce CRM, and marketing automation tools for data collection and analysis.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, uncover performance drivers, and highlight opportunities for optimization.
- Define KPIs, frame and test hypotheses, and measure business outcomes through robust analytical models.
- Partner with business, product, and marketing teams to translate analytical needs into structured, insightful outputs.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Looker, leveraging strong SQL skills.
- Lead regular and ad-hoc reporting to support BAU analytics and executive decision-making.
- Deliver actionable recommendations grounded in data trends, statistical insights, and clear visual storytelling.
- Support experimentation design (A/B testing, pre-post analysis) and ensure methodological rigor in testing frameworks.
- Maintain clear documentation of analytical methods, ensuring consistency and accuracy in data interpretation.
- Optimize and maintain marketing attribution models to ensure alignment with business objectives and data infrastructure.
Technical and Functional Skills:
- BE/B.Tech or Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation.
