About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team at CorroHealth. This role is key to managing and executing recruitment strategies, particularly focused on US Healthcare (RCM). Key Responsibilities:Bulk Hiring Management: Spearhead and manage high-volume recruitment across various locations, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and clients. Work closely with internal teams and various business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide optimal recruitment solutions.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.What We Are Looking For:Educational Qualification: MBA (Preferred)
Experience: 7+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years of bulk recruitment experience and substantial team management experience.Contact -HR
