Job Description
SUMMARY- Develop and implement strategic financial plans, budgets, and governance frameworks
- Manage investor relations, including financial communications, stakeholder management, and analyst relations
- Oversee export and import finance management, including trade finance and cash management
- Lead merger and acquisition (M&A) initiatives, including due diligence and integration
- Raise debt, equity, and strategic investments to support business growth
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, and other regulatory frameworks
- Drive growth through strategic financial initiatives and operational improvements
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as CFO or Group CFO in a manufacturing organization with a minimum of 7-8 operational plants
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory
- Strong exposure to M&A, investor relations, export and import finance management, and fund raising
- Proven track record of scaling financial operations in a listed manufacturing setup
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive growth through strategic financial initiatives
