Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


Branding & Collateral Management

  • Develop, update, and manage hospital collaterals including brochures, flyers, standees, and signage as per NABH and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with design and printing vendors for timely production and quality control of marketing materials.
  • Ensure hospital branding consistency across departments, events, and partner touchpoints.
  • Support internal branding for major hospital initiatives and campaigns.

Marketing & Communication


  • Plan and execute internal and external marketing campaigns, including doctor engagement programs, awareness initiatives, and hospital events.
  • Collaborate with digital and PR teams to ensure synchronized campaign messaging.
  • Draft press releases, internal communication, and promotional content for media and in-house newsletters.
  • Support corporate communication activities such as leadership messages, CSR communication, and patient stories.
  • Work closely with hospital units to implement local marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.

Event Management & Coordination


  • Plan and execute hospital events such as health awareness weeks, medical conferences, and public outreach programs.
  • Liaise with doctors, operations, and vendor teams for event logistics and execution.
  • Prepare event reports, footfall data, and media coverage summaries.

Media & PR Support


  • Coordinate with PR teams for media visits, story placements, and case study articles.
  • Track media coverage and maintain a press archive for all hospital mentions.
  • Support creation of social media content and coordinate with digital agencies when required.

Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative approach to branding and event conceptualization.
  • Good understanding of healthcare marketing and patient-centric communication.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, basic design coordination, and vendor management.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop preferred).
