Job Description
Technical Leadership: Define the overall technical strategy and architecture for Generative AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals. Azure OpenAI Strategy: Lead the design and implementation of solutions utilizing Azure OpenAI Service (GPT models, Embeddings) including model selection, tuning, and prompt engineering best practices. Architecture & Governance: Oversee the development of robust, scalable, and secure custom AI chatbot builds and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. MLOps & DevOps Oversight: Drive the implementation of MLOps principles and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing) to ensure repeatable and reliable deployment of AI models and applications on Azure. Team Management: Mentor the development team, conduct code reviews, establish coding standards (especially for Python), and manage the project backlog. Expert-level proficiency in Python and key AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel). Deep expertise in Azure OpenAI Service and the broader Azure AI ecosystem. Proven experience leading the development and deployment of custom chatbot or conversational AI systems. Strong background in DevOps/MLOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform)."
