- Coordinate between repair centers to generate and receive daily consumption email report from GRAS
- Associate will transfer the parts from the DRC stock into the correct CE bin locations in CIMS through AWR/Transfer out and update parts posting/usage.
- In case of any discrepancy the associate will start a complaint, process and inform the country logistics manager.
- The incumbent will plan the wall-to-wall audit in the DRC
- The wall-to-wall audit is conducted twice a year for the CCW
- The incumbent will be available during weekends and public holidays to support the business (as and when needed)
- The associate is responsible for performing the following daily activity in relation to the Order Administration in the country
- The associate is responsible for following all the back orders for the country made to the suppliers and for the integrity between the country system and the supplier one as follows: -
- Extract the back-order files from both the TSRP & the WSL web.
- Make the reconciliation between both files.
- For lines that mismatch make prober action either to cancel or regenerate with the approval of the country manager.
- Follow up with MEADC to get ETAs for outstanding orders with aging greater that 16 days.
- Understand the export requirements for all the countries who are dealing with Dubai repair center
- Prepare the commercial invoice/packing list as per the requirements
- Update the shipment notification to counties
