Job Description
1.Planning and Site Management:
- Responsible for planning and managing the overall site execution, ensuring smooth workflow and timely progress of activities.
2.Coordination with Consultants:
- Resolve execution-level details by effectively coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants.
- Review architectural, structural, and service drawings, specifications, and BOQs; identify and report discrepancies to superiors for clarification.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly site activities to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Ensure all work is executed strictly as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor and verify that construction quality meets the companys established standards and best practices.
- Proactively resolve on-site issues and bottlenecks that may hamper project progress on a day-to-day basis
