Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Kolkata

Experience Range: 4 to 10 Years

Job Description:

experience in working on Nice InContact Cloud solution, in Depth Knowledge in In-Contact cloud solutions.
Knowledge of designing and development of strategies & IVR coding through In-Contact Studio, BAU support, knowledge in Java for IVR call flow coding and migration.
Ability to work on creating and writing APIs and good knowledge in writing SQL Scripts
Skills in Tools like In View, In-Contact Press Path, In-Contact Softphones(Max), In-Contact Call back tools
Design and Development of IVR call flow using
NICE In-Contact,Expertise in resolving issues and bug fixing,
