Genpact Walk-in Drive for Order Management Role on 2nd November 2025 || Work location: HYDERABAD || Walk-in venue: Pune
**Work location would be HYDERABAD (Only work from office)
- Date: 2-November-2025 (Sunday)
- Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Walkin Venue: Genpact, 5th Floor, Wing 3, Cluster B, EON Free Zone, Plot No -1, S.No 77, MIDC, Kharadi Knowledge Park, Pune 411014
- Experience: 2-5 year (previous exp. In Order management, Order Processing, Order Credit Memo Processing, Order Fulfilment, Sales Order Entry, Sales Order Management, Purchase Order Management)
- Graduation: Any graduate is eligible (except law)
- Work location: Hyderabad (Only work from office)
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift
- Notice period: Immediate/Serving/15-20days/30 days
Responsibilities
- Order processing: Receive and validate orders for hardware and subscriptions, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of hardware for timely fulfillment.
- Subscription activation: Manage the activation process for subscription services, ensuring seamless access for customers.
- Customer communication: Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any issues.
- Issue resolution: Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders promptly.
- Data entry: Accurately enter order details into the system for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Reporting: Generate reports on order status, inventory levels, and subscription activations for management review.
- Compliance: Ensure all orders comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Industry Experience - Services or hi-tech industry
- Process/Domain Experience:
- Order Management (Entry/Amendment)
- Quote to cash process and sales administration
- Coordination with Logistics / Supply chain teams
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Diploma / Post Graduation in International supply chain management / Sourcing Management
- Excellent Communication skill and the ability to engage customers in significant discussions
- Oracle, ServiceNow, SAP, knowledge and experience would be an added advantage
- Possess the following key behaviors: Accountability, Planning and Organization, Teamwork, Flexibility and Problem Solving
- Proficiency in coaching skills and with high level of confidentiality and professionalism
