Job Summary:
The Project Leader Clinical Solutions CoE is responsible for leading and managing clinical research and data-driven projects within the Center of Excellence (CoE). The role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and delivering high-quality solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end clinical projects ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical writers, statisticians, and data managers.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Ensure adherence to clinical and regulatory guidelines.
- Drive innovation in clinical processes and solution development.
- Manage client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building in the CoE.
