Job Requirements

Job Title: Area Head - Unnati MBL

Department: Retail Banking > Rural Banking > Assets > Rural Unnati

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual loan targets in the assigned area
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, channel partners, and local authorities
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Train and mentor a team of loan officers to ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to bank policies and procedures
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
Collaborate with other departments to develop and launch new loan products tailored to the needs of the rural market
Prepare and present reports on loan portfolio performance to senior management

Education Qualifications:

Graduation: Any

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on Micro Business Loans
