Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Insurance Policy Issuance:
Guide clients through the application and underwriting process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to expedite policy issuance while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
Keep clients informed about the status of their applications and provide timely updates throughout the issuance process.
Customer Service:
Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and policy-related questions promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction, identify additional needs, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance the overall customer experience and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and retention.
Attend networking events, conferences, and other industry gatherings to expand the company s network and generate potential leads.
Actively seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes.
