Job Role: CIBIL DA Inbound Process


Shift Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Week Off: Fixed Sunday Off


Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our CIBIL DA Inbound Process team. The role involves handling inbound calls, addressing customer queries related to credit reports, and providing accurate information while ensuring excellent service quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding CIBIL reports and related services.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Update customer details and call records accurately in the system.
  • Follow compliance and company policies during every customer interaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate (Mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in the banking sector.
  • Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

Compensation:

  • Salary: 25,000 (In-hand)
  • CTC: 30,000

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Good understanding of banking or credit processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
