Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Lead with expertise in Selenium and the Carina framework to lead our test automation efforts
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing robust automation strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality software delivery through efficient test practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Framework Development Maintenance:Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Carina
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (eg, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Test Strategy Execution:Define and implement test strategies for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Lead the creation and execution of automated test cases across web, mobile, and API layers
• Team Leadership Collaboration:Mentor and guide junior automation engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and QA analysts
• Quality Assurance Reporting:Ensure test coverage and traceability to requirements
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
• Process Improvement:Continuously improve automation processes and tools
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices
