Job Title: Senior Executive Talent Acquisition
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Industry: BPO / Healthcare
Specialization: Medical Coding Hiring (Preferred)

Role & responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Drive hiring for BPO and healthcare verticals, with a focus on medical coding roles.
- Maintain and update candidate records using ATS.
- Ensure timely closures of open positions and meet hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment processes.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in BPO and healthcare hiring.
- Experience in medical coding recruitment is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
